alcossebre surpassed my expectations during this snorkeling trip. the stunning sea view from my light and airy room with lots of storage and a large balcony was unbeatable. the staff were helpful and flexible, even accommodating my change from halfboard to breakfast/lunch. the location was superb, only a 5 minute walk into town along the sea.

The food was repetitive and lacked variety.

The suite they gave us is quite new, big, comfortable and clean, in front of the pool but well soundproofed. The hotel has a perfect location because it's close to everything, plus it has a supermarket right outside the door and it's easy to park. The swimming pool is ideal for swimming after the beach or relaxing in the many sun beds. Very friendly and reactive staff for any doubt or query.

A clothesline on each terrace would prevent each client from hanging up their towels and swimsuits on the balcony, giving a slightly ugly feeling to the whole. There is a certain obsession on the part of the clients to reserve the sunbeds in the early morning, which I do not share at all: leaving a towel at 9 am and not appearing until 12 pm but having your sunshade reserved, with the hotel putting a rule prohibiting it for sure to be solved. Finally the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner ... is fair, you can not expect very high quality for the extra price you pay for them: the gastronomic offer Alcocebre solve it by going out to lunch or dinner.

The attention of the excellent staff. The reception was very interested in everything being as good as possible, at any time . In the restaurant also very friendly , cooks and chefs pending for allergies and intolerances of my family. The normal machine coffee, better in the cafeteria (it usually happens). Quality of buffet also within the normal thing. Without much variation. I suppose that they will improve, they take little time according to I found out and I know that in other hotels of this chain the food is phenomenal.

they improve the maintenance of the rooms and sofa beds it will be all great. I guess they'll be on it. bad condition of sofa beds and their mattresses. They gave us the best solution they could by putting in double mattresses, I don't think it's right for a hotel to have them in that state. other beds are fine.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is also a plus, situated in a nice quiet area just moments from the beach and close to the sea. The staff provide excellent service and the rooms come with a free Safe Deposit box. Additionally, having breakfast included is a nice bonus.

The whole hotel staff is very friendly. Both on arrival and departure we were offered refreshments at the reception. Very attentive and willing to help at all times. (Standard room). The rooms are well equipped, spacious, clean and have a balcony. The TV is flat and about 29". The air conditioning cools down perfectly.. The facilities in general are luminous and with current decoration.

Restoration: Most days the buffet left a lot to be desired. Little variety of dishes and low quality in general. Location: It's a little far from the main beaches to go on foot. Standard room: In the bathroom there is no bidet and it has a bathtub and no shower. Swimming pool area: Some shaded area and/or more umbrellas are missing.

Room was too small, bathroom was tiny - hazard getting in/out of bath/shower. Menu, food choice, and food quality were all poor. Hotel bar had no draft beer, and only one variety of bottled beer. We didn't find the staff interested in our stay at all.

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the beach and the city center. The facilities, especially the swimming pool and the bar on the terrace, were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast included in the stay was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The rooms, though not particularly large, are equipped with practical amenities such as a fridge and mini-bar. The pool is large, well-maintained and offers plenty of sunbeds for guests.

The buffet breakfast options could be improved with a wider selection of hot food and more flavored yogurt options.

I even had the opportunity to change my meal plan halfway through my stay, switching from breakfast and dinner to breakfast and lunch, which suited me better. Additionally, the location of the hotel was brilliant, with just a 5-minute walk into town, allowing me to enjoy the scenic view of the sea along the way.

During Christmas, we stayed at a hotel in a charming small town. The room we had was spacious and clean and came with a balcony that offered a great view of the marina. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and allowed us to check-in early so that we could enjoy the town. The location was great, only a short walk from the beach and restaurants.

There were some downsides to our stay. The buffet breakfast was very basic, and it was clear that some of the food had been left out for a while.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are comfortable and come with a free Safe Deposit box. The location is ideal, right on the seafront and easily accessible from the main toll road. The staff are friendly and the attention to detail is impressive.

The food at dinner was decent, although breakfast was not as impressive. Despite a few minor drawbacks, my overall experience at this hotel was wonderful. I would definitely recommend it to others. I'll recommend this hotel.
